Whether you need a standard catalogue item, a colour-matched private-label product, or a fully engineered system for a hotel terrace, our export team handles the whole path: design, sampling, production, inspection, loading and after-sales support.

What we do

OEM manufacturing

Produce pergolas and awnings under your own brand. We work to your artwork, barcodes, packaging and manuals, and mark the goods accordingly so they drop straight into your range.

ODM and custom design

Send a drawing, a site photo or a reference sample and our engineers turn it into a buildable design, with section profiles, louvre options, drainage and fixing details.

Engineering and project support

For project orders we supply structural calculations, wind and snow load data, anchor layouts and 3D renders, so your consultant and installer can sign off in one pass.

Sampling and prototyping

A physical sample is worth a thousand renders. We build pre-production samples, colour boards and mock-ups for photo shoots and dealer launches.

Quality inspection

Incoming-material, in-process and pre-shipment checks are recorded against your order. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV is welcome at any stage.

Export logistics

FOB, CIF and DDP terms from our nearest port, with container loading plans, packing lists and full export documentation prepared for customs.

How an order runs

  1. Enquiry. Send us the product type, sizes, quantities and destination country. A drawing is ideal but a photo and a few dimensions are enough to start.
  2. Quotation. Our export team returns a detailed offer with unit pricing, tooling or sample costs, lead time and packing details, usually within one working day.
  3. Sample and confirmation. Where required we build a sample for your approval. On your written confirmation the order becomes binding and we issue a formal order confirmation or proforma invoice.
  4. Mass production. Production runs against the confirmed specification, with in-process updates and photographs of the finished goods before shipment.
  5. Shipment and after-sales. We prepare the loading plan and export file, arrange the booking and stay available afterwards for spare parts, drawings and technical support.
