Orders and quotations

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product. Catalogue sizes can usually be mixed across a container, while bespoke sizes and custom finishes carry a higher minimum. We will confirm the minimum for your specific selection in the quotation.

How long does production take?
Standard items typically run from three to four weeks after drawing approval and deposit, with the exact lead time stated in your quotation. Motorised and custom-engineered orders take longer. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and the shipping method.

Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We can build a physical sample or a section mock-up for you, and it is credited against a subsequent bulk order. Sample cost and lead time are quoted separately.

Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes. We work as an OEM manufacturer on your own artwork, barcodes, packaging and manuals, and mark the goods accordingly. We can also work from your drawings as an ODM partner.

Product and technical

What sizes do you supply?
Our catalogue covers a wide range of standard sizes, and most products can be extended or combined to suit a larger area. If your requirement falls outside the standard range, send us the dimensions and we will confirm what is buildable.

Do you supply wind and snow load data?
Yes. For project orders we provide structural calculations, wind and snow load data and anchor layouts so your consultant and installer can sign off.

Which motors and control systems do you use?
Each motorized line is supplied with a motor and remote control as standard, with optional integration to smart-home systems and extended wiring distances. The exact specification is listed per product in the catalogue.

Are the glass and polycarbonate panels UV rated?
Yes, the glazing and polycarbonate options we supply are UV resistant and intended for continuous outdoor exposure, with options available for higher light transmission or impact resistance.

Shipping, compliance and after-sales

Which certificates do you supply?
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. Products for the European market are supplied with CE documentation and the relevant test reports, and aluminium and electrical components are RoHS compliant. Declarations and certificates are issued per order and included in the export file.

What are your payment and shipping terms?
We quote on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Payment is normally a deposit against the order with the balance against the copy bill of lading or on presentation of shipping documents; the exact terms are stated in the quotation and the order confirmation.

Can you ship to my country?
We ship regularly to distributors and project buyers worldwide. We will confirm the best route, the estimated transit time and the shipping cost for your destination in the quotation.

What warranty do you give?
All aluminium structures carry a 20-year warranty against structural and manufacturing defects, with a full statement of what is covered and how to make a claim on our warranty page.
