Warranty and After-Sales

A structure is only worth buying if someone stands behind it after the container is unloaded. All LangTing aluminium structures carry a 20-year warranty, and our export team stays available for spare parts, drawings and technical support for the life of the product.

What the 20-year warranty covers

  • Structural integrity. Defects in the aluminium frame, posts, beams and fixings arising from material or manufacturing faults, including corrosion of the finished surface.
  • Finish quality. Peeling, blistering or significant colour failure of the applied powder coating or wood-grain finish under normal use.
  • Covered components. Louvre blades, glazing and polycarbonate panels, drainage channels and hardware supplied as part of the original order, against manufacturing defects.
  • Remedy. Repair, replacement of the affected component, or supply of an equivalent replacement part, at our option.

What it does not cover

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, the use of non-specified fixings, or installation that disregards the supplied drawings.
  • Mechanical or electrical damage from impact, vehicles, fire, or incorrect electrical connection or supply voltage.
  • Normal wear, surface soiling, and the natural fading of colours exposed to intense sunlight or coastal salt air.
  • Products that have been modified, re-sprayed or disassembled after delivery.
  • Consumption items, including remote control batteries, and routine maintenance items such as cleaning and re-tightening of fixings.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us. Email postmaster@langtingpergola.com or message us on WhatsApp at +86 189 9002 2078, quoting your order number.
  2. Send the details. Photographs of the affected area, the size and location of the fault, and a short description of what happened. Installation photos of the structure in general help us assess the cause.
  3. We assess and reply. Our technical team responds within three working days with either a remedy, replacement parts or a request for further information.
  4. Remedy and dispatch. Replacement parts are produced and shipped as quickly as the specification allows, with the documentation needed for warranty customs clearance where required.

Spare parts and technical support

We keep spare parts for the product lines we manufacture, including motors, remote controls, louvre mechanisms, glazing and fixings. If you have taken over a LangTing project and need parts for an older model, send us the model and the year and we will check availability. Drawings, installation instructions and section profiles can be reissued for any product we have supplied, which is useful for planning a phased installation.
