Where the work happens
Welding and fabrication
Cutting, bending and welding are done on our own equipment, so complex sections and integrated frames come out identical from one batch to the next. No structural step is subcontracted.
Cutting and preparation
Profiles are received, inspected for surface and dimensional consistency, then cut and prepared to the confirmed drawing before they enter assembly.
Assembly and quality control
Motorised units are bench-tested for motor, remote control and louvre operation, frames are load-checked, and the finished goods are inspected against your order before packing.
Certifications on the wall
ISO 9001, CE and RoHS documentation is issued per order and travels with the shipment file, so clearance does not stall on our side.
Quality and compliance
The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, with recorded checks on incoming material, in-process production and the finished goods. Products for the European market are supplied with CE documentation and supporting test reports, and aluminium and electrical components are RoHS compliant. All aluminium structures carry a 20-year warranty.
